About Chris

Hi, I'm Chris. Huntington Beach is home, and the coast has always been where I feel most connected, inspired, and at peace.

I started filming the sunrises, sunsets, surf, and everyday moments along the Huntington Beach coastline simply because I loved capturing them. As I shared more, people told me the videos made them feel something. They connected with the sound of the water, the movement of the waves, and that unmistakable feeling of being near the ocean.

That connection to the coast inspired Chris Anderson Studios. I create original coastal footage for local businesses and brands that want something more authentic than ordinary stock video. Each piece is filmed here by someone who knows and loves this coastline.

When I'm not behind the camera, I'm usually doing something to feed my creativity. The coast is now both my office and the place where I reset. The camera is how I share a little of that feeling with everyone else.
