This is a general privacy policy for Chris Anderson Studios (“we,” “us”). It covers the information we collect through this website and how we use it. It has not been reviewed by an attorney and will be expanded over time.
Information We Collect
When you browse the site, we collect only what your browser normally sends and, if you sign in, a session cookie. When you make a purchase or contact us, we collect what you provide directly: your email address, the legal licensee/company name and any agency or end-client name you enter, and details of your order. Payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe, our payment processor — we never see or store your full card number.
How We Use It
We use this information to process orders, generate and record your license agreements, deliver downloads, send receipts and account-related emails, and respond when you contact support. We don't sell your personal information to third parties.
Third-Party Services
We rely on a small number of service providers to run the site: Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for account authentication and data storage, and Cloudflare for file storage and delivery. Each handles data under their own privacy policy.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies required to keep you signed in and to remember your session — nothing used for advertising or third-party tracking.
Your Choices
You can buy without creating an account. If you'd like a copy of your data, or want it deleted, reach out through Support and we'll take care of it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the site grows. Material changes will update the date at the top of this page.
