One custom 15–30 second vertical reel using one selected available source clip, one supplied logo or text-only/no-logo branding, one call to action, simple text, basic audio handling, a 1080p social export and a 4K master where the source supports it. One consolidated revision round is included. Chris edits the reel manually. New filming, social posting, custom animation, exclusivity, paid advertising rights and music acquisition are not included.
Usage rights
Finished reel only; one named brand; non-exclusive use for 12 months of new organic social and website/email publication from final delivery. Ordinary posts published during that term may remain. Paid/boosted ads, raw-footage redistribution, broadcast, exclusivity and reuse for other clients require separate written agreement. Raw source footage is not included.
Production schedule
Production begins only after payment and Chris accepts your complete brief. Chris sets and confirms an explicit first-proof due date, aiming for three business days after acceptance. Revisions can affect final delivery.
Cancellation, revisions & delivery
Cancel before production starts for a full refund. Once production starts, contact Chris to agree a refund based on work completed. If Chris cannot deliver the agreed technical files, Chris will correct the problem or refund the undeliverable service. Incomplete briefs remain on hold; no automatic forfeiture deadline. One consolidated revision round is included; additional work needs a separate approved quote and is never charged automatically. Download final files within 30 days of delivery; ask Chris about access after that period.
You review the saved order before Stripe payment. Production starts after payment and Chris accepts the completed brief.
